Both 7nAbove and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state of Florida, and you further agree that any cause of action arising out of or in connection with these terms of use shall be brought forth only in the federal or state courts in Broward County, Florida.

If you access this site from another jurisdiction, you are responsible for complying with local laws. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be restated to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intention in accordance with applicable law, and the remainder of the Terms of Use will remain in full force and effect.

Ensuring your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Hence, we have devised this Policy to provide you with a clear understanding of how we collect, use, communicate, disclose, and handle personal information. The following points outline our privacy policy:

  2. We will collect and use personal information solely for the stated objectives defined by us and for other compatible purposes unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.

CONDITIONS OF USE

Travel & Tours Global Management Company, LLC, and its affiliates shall not be held responsible for any inaccurate information provided to the dispatcher, any omissions, or server errors. Our organization’s representatives appreciate and request your cooperation and compliance with State and Federal laws to ensure a delightful experience during your time with us.

We strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy towards the consumption of alcoholic beverages by any individual.

Should any alcohol, drugs, or drug paraphernalia be discovered in any vehicle, Travel & Tours Global Management or its affiliates reserve the right to terminate the contract at the driver’s discretion. In such cases, customers agree to forfeit their remaining time and allowed credits. The customer will be fully liable for the following charges, as determined by the chauffeur:

For all vehicles: Excessive clean-up costs starting from $150.00, shampooing & disinfecting (due to sickness) costs starting from $250.00, upholstery or armrest tears costing $250.00 and up, acts of vandalism (up to $25,000.00) including damages to audio and visual equipment, and charges of $250.00 and up for any broken or missing item.*

The above charges are doubled for specialty vehicles, such as Luxury Vans, Minibuses & Coach Buses. Customers are responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of all audio and visual equipment upon pick-up.

We advise customers to remove all valuables from the vehicle when left unattended. Travel & Tours Global Management, its affiliates, and its employees shall not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Travel & Tours Global Management and affiliates will not be held liable for injuries caused or any failure to wear a seatbelt.

We strictly prohibit the consumption of food and beverages, and the leaving of trash during “point-to-point” transfers or per-hour services. Any usage of ware or leaving behind trash in the vehicle will result in a cleanup charge of $100.00 plus gratuity (double for specialty vehicles) billed to the customer’s credit card.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicles, and any violation will incur a $200 fine per incident, with a $250 cleaning surcharge for vomit incidents.

Travel & Tours Global Management and affiliates are not liable for delays caused by accidents, vehicle breakdowns, road conditions, weather, or other conditions beyond our control. Arrival times are approximate and subject to change due to traffic conditions. In emergencies or breakdowns, Travel & Tours Global Management and affiliates reserve the right to transfer passengers to another vehicle at the appropriate time.

THE RIGHT TO SERVE

Travel & Tours Global Management and affiliates retain the right to decline transportation to individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs, those who are unable to care for themselves, or those whose conduct is objectionable and may cause discomfort to other passengers or prospective passengers.

However, it is important to clarify that the above paragraph does not, nor is it intended to apply to individuals who are ill and accompanied by an attendant or nurse, or to individuals who are handicapped or disabled but are ambulatory and may require assistance in boarding or seating themselves on the carrier’s vehicle.

LOST AND FOUND

Travel & Tours Global Management and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any lost baggage, as all baggage is never removed from the passenger’s presence and is stored within the passenger compartment they occupy. The responsibility for the passenger’s baggage lies solely with the passenger. In the event that you suspect leaving something onboard one of our vehicles, kindly contact our office by dialing (305) 922-3151 or through email at [email protected]. Our team will promptly communicate with the driver or conduct a thorough search of the vehicle within 24 hours of your inquiry to locate your missing item(s). We urge you to ensure that you have all your belongings with you before leaving the vehicle.

As a prerequisite for any potential claims, such claims must be submitted in writing to Travel & Tours Global Management company within five (5) business days from the date the item(s) is lost, and within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the item(s) is damaged, starting from the date of transportation.

LIABILITY

Subject to any responsibilities imposed by law, Travel & Tours Global Management and its affiliates shall not be held accountable for delays caused by accidents, breakdowns, road detours, weather, traffic conditions, and/or any unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the carrier. In incidents where Travel & Tours Global Management, its affiliates, or their respective employees, agents, or contractors are found negligent, willfully at fault, or intentionally misconduct, the carrier’s liability shall not exceed the cost of the rate paid by the passenger or contracted for the service.

While we cannot guarantee arrival or departure at specific times, we will make every effort to maintain departure times as close as possible to those arranged during the reservation process. Additionally, arrival times will aim to be at least one-half hour prior to the passenger’s scheduled time. In case a flight is missed due to negligence on our part, we will reimburse the passenger the actual cost of changing their flight, up to a maximum of One Hundred Dollars ($100).

We do not assume liability for any malfunction, breakdown, or loss of carry-on baggage since such baggage is always in the possession of the passenger or stored in the compartment where the passenger is seated. The responsibility for carry-on baggage remains solely with the passenger. In the event of 7nAbove’s negligence in handling a passenger’s baggage, any loss or damage for which 7nAbove is liable will be calculated based on the value of the baggage at the time and place of transport, with the maximum baggage liability limited to $50.00 per bag. It is important to note that 7nAbove assumes no responsibility for fragile or perishable articles.

FLIGHT DELAYS DUE TO AIRLINES

If you fail to promptly notify us of flight cancellation or delay information, it may be regarded as reservation abandonment, potentially leading to forfeiture of the fare.

TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN

We cater to “junior” passengers, which includes children who are two (2) years of age or older when accompanied by an adult. When making a reservation, kindly specify the number of children traveling so that we can arrange a seat for each child, as Florida state law prohibits children from riding on an adult’s lap. Please be informed that we do not provide child safety seats. If your child is below the minimum age requirements set by the state of Florida (under 5 years of age), we strongly advise you to bring an approved child safety seat for safe transportation. Ensuring the child’s safe transport is the responsibility of the parent or guardian accompanying them. Please note that we may provide children’s seats as a courtesy when available upon request.

Please note that the office remains closed on all major holidays. However, our operations are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, ensuring continuous service whenever you need assistance.
